Carole Ireland, President
Carole Ireland’s career in magazine publishing spans 40 years. Carole launched Quality Circulation Services in 1989. Prior to QCS, Carole served in upper circulation management positions in three major publishing companies: Morgan-Grampian, BPI Communications and Lebhar-Friedman. Over the years, Carole has been a frequent speaker at industry events and has written a number of articles for industry publications.

Jo Ann Binz, Consultant
Jo Ann’s background includes 25+ years’ experience in audience development, circulation operations, database marketing, and fulfillment operations. She has held management level positions in both large and small publishing companies including Dow Jones & Company, The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc., The Deal (ALM), Chemical Week Associates and Thomson Financial Media before joining Quality Circulation Services in 2003. As a consultant Jo Ann acts as the Circulation Director, Fulfillment Director, Customer Service Director and Marketing Director on behalf of her B2B and consumer publishing clients providing them with high-level circulation management as an outsource solution.

Kathy Henry, Consultant
Kathy Henry has twenty-four years’ experience in audience development. With extensive experience in audited B-to-B and consumer circulation, both paid and controlled, she has held senior-level management positions at United Business Media, Time Inc., and Crain Communications. Her experience includes outsourced and in-house fulfillment and database management, customer service, newsstand, and online and print marketing.
Since 2011, Kathy has also been consulting with small-to-medium size businesses on marketing and business development, overseeing website and CRM builds, creating marketing materials and print and digital products using InDesign, writing copy for emails, blogs, social media and websites, and creating programs to convert Facebook “likes” into database leads.
